About Us

Gina MacNeil Catering is a Catering Service

specializing in groups of 10-60 guests.  We use local ingredients and handcraft all our items from scratch to ensure you are getting the very best.

For some events, we will accommodate up to 80 guests.  We are pleased  

to prepare fresh and delicious cuisine that will excite and inspire.

We have over 35 amazing years of experience and pride ourselves on excellence.

We have a variety of options to choose from.  Please see our menus page to view dining options & pricing. We require a Space to work on site with running water.  We custom design your menu to suit your event &  bring everything you need for a lovely event. We can also design a lovely picnic for you and your guests, should your event take you outdoors.

We include plates, flat ware, napkins & all service ware. 

Everything is disposable, so clean up is a breeze.

We strongly reccommend that you have your food set up indoors as

the summers here in our Valley can be quite warm.

If you plan on using your own platters or serving bowls, just let us know

We will set up your buffet and have it ready for your guests to enjoy

If you leave us decorations, we will adorn your buffet after we have set it up

We offer a variety of dessert options.  Just ask us. 

Our Charcuterie Platters are beautiful and often just what you need.

We also make individual lunch boxes if you plan on visiting the Park

We offer exceptional service with mouthwatering cuisine perfect for any event.

Should you need to cancel your event, our refund policy is as follows:

No charge for canceling before 9 months of event date

Between 9-6 months of event we charge half of the deposit

As we turn other clients down that may be requesting your date

We do not refund a deposit or any monies for an event cancelled 

within 6 months of your event.

Once you send a deposit to secure the date, 

we consider that a signature of Acceptance of our terms
