Our Catering includes set-up of your buffet, we will arrive approx 1 hour prior to service.
Once we have composed your buffet, we will tidy the areas we use, say our goodbyes
and depart venue
Tables are required for your buffet
We will compose your buffet table with elegant disposables to include plates, forks and napkins.
also included are all serving vessels and utensils
minimum guest count is 10
We require a space to work with running water.
Please have trash receptacles and liners. Trash is the responsibility of the venue
We charge $3.50 per mile each way for travel & 18% service fee added to the final bill
We require $400. deposit to book and secure the Date
The Deposit is due immediately as we do not hold dates.
The balance and final head count are due 1 month prior.
