This catering package includes the following


We will arrive approx 1 1/2 hour before the event, to set up and decorate the buffet tables.  

We will create a beautiful buffet table, use decorative table cloths with tasteful ivy

and colored accents of your choosing.

We require the buffet area to be either indoors, or covered by a tent, awning or pavilion.

We require buffet tables for your event with linen to the floor.

We will need power for 2-3 steam tables (they do take quite a bit of wattage, just an FYI)


Servers will be present to keep party area tidy, and clear plates, cups, trash etc,  

until the buffet is closed. Please have trash receptacles & liners available.

Trash is the responsibility of the venue.

We will serve from the the dinner buffet to your guests.


Once the dinner buffet is closed, we will load our things, make one last pass to clear,

say our goodbyes, pass on your leftovers to you to enjoy later and depart venue 


Included with this quote,

Elegant plastic ware to include clear dinner plates, heavy duty forks, and luxury style dinner napkins

Add $2.50 per person should you need dessert service including: cutting & serving of your dessert,

wrapping up leftover dessert for you to enjoy later, and tidy up of the dessert area.

also included are matching clear dessert plates, dessert forks and napkins 


We add a traveling charge of $2.50 per mile each way from Kalispell

We also add a service charge of $18% to the final bill

note: this is not a gratuity for the servers

We require $400.00 deposit to secure the date and book the event 

With the balance and final head count due 30 days prior to the event
