This catering package includes the following
We will arrive approx 1 hour before the event, to set up the buffet.
We recommend the buffet area to be either indoors, or covered by a tent, awning or pavilion.
We require buffet tables for your event with linen, please have the buffet tables clear

Please have trash receptacles & liners available.
Trash is the responsibility of the venue.
Once the buffet is set up and ready for service, we will say our goodbyes and depart venue

also included are all serving vessels and serving utensils.
